HA LOGISTICS ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF JEFF O'CONNOR AS VICE PRESIDENT OF LOGISTICS AND JOSHUA J. MEYER AS CORPORATE CONTROLLER

Dublin, CA – (BusinessWire) April 30, 2002 - HA Logistics is pleased to announce that Jeff O'Connor has joined the Company as Vice President of Logistics. Mr. O'Connor has over 17 years of experience in logistics operations and business development. He most recently spent seven years at USF Logistics serving in various capacities including Vice President and General Manager of Operations, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Director of Transportation Management Services.

Also joining HA Logistics is Joshua J. Meyer as Corporate Controller. Mr. Meyer joins HA with an extensive background in finance, risk and internet based transportation management technology. In his most recent role, he was Controller and Chief Administration Officer for DataRiver. He began his career at Arthur Andersen working first in the Financial Statement Assurance group and later in the Technology Risk Management practice.
